Dr. Joseph Hock

Dear Dr. Hock,

We thought it was time (way over due, actually) to say "thanks very
much" for all you've done for us since we started coming to you about
four-and-a-half years ago.  We were both suffering from low back pain,
and because we had heard about you from some of our neighbors, we made
an appointment.  We were immediately impressed by the professionalism
of your approach.  While most of the chiropractors we've been to
before simply put us on the table and started working on us, you
talked with us at length about our medical history, our past
experience with adjustments, and our specific immediate complaints.
Then you shocked both of us by taking an x-ray and then reviewing it
with each of us before actually beginning to work on us.  Needless to
say, we walked out of your office very impressed with our experience.

As you might guess, in spite of your good advice to develop a regular
regimen of exercise and routine visits to your office to maintain a
pain-free existence with aging backs, our exercise never became
routine and we came to you only when our backs were really hurting.
And that's the very reason I'm writing you.

As you know, I came to you a couple of weeks ago in such acute pain I
could hardly get up.  I had foolishly spent four hours operating a
manual skeet throwing mechanism for a church event, and in doing so
really got my back out of whack.  And, of course, I came to you
dreading a nine-hour trip to Louisiana just two days away.  You were
kind enough to take me on an emergency basis, in spite of having a
full schedule of appointments, and found a way to fit me in two days
in a row.  I'm thrilled to tell you I was able to fully enjoy the
visit to our relatives without the slightest hint of pain.

So we both want to say "thanks very much" for all you've done for us.
And, we want you to know we have pledged to stick to a regular
visitation program to your office as well as a regimen of exercise.
Thanks, Joe!
